At LAGOOM INDIA, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our support team for assistance.

  • After Shipping: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔️ The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
✔️ The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.
✔️ All tags, invoices, and accessories are included.

⛔ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items without original packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be credited to your bank account or as store credit.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
